These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Found mobile application ("Found," "the App," "we," "us"), operated by Hayden Woods. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Found lets you photograph or scan an item, uses an AI model to identify it, estimates a resale value using third-party marketplace data, and — if you connect your own eBay seller account — lets you publish a listing for that item directly to eBay. Estimated values and item identifications are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of accuracy, condition, authenticity, or sale price.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Found. If you connect an eBay account, you're responsible for complying with eBay's own User Agreement and policies independently of these Terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. One account per person — don't share credentials.

Found relies on third-party services to work, including an AI vision provider (to identify items from photos), eBay's APIs (for pricing and publishing listings), and image-hosting/lookup services used during the listing process. Using Found means your photos and item data are sent to these providers as needed to power those features. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Found may offer paid subscription tiers in the future. Where offered on iOS, subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's own terms, including their refund policies. Pricing and what's included in any paid tier will be posted in the App before you're asked to pay for anything.
You retain ownership of the photos and listing content you create. By using Found's publish feature, you authorize us to send that content to eBay and associated image-hosting services on your behalf, solely to create the listing you requested.
Found is provided "as is." Item identifications, condition assessments, and price estimates are AI-generated and/or based on third-party marketplace data that may be incomplete or out of date — they are not guarantees. We don't guarantee that any listing will sell, that a price estimate reflects what you'll actually receive, or that eBay's platform will remain available or unchanged. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any listing you publish and for complying with eBay's rules and all applicable law regarding the sale of your items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hayden Woods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Found, including losses related to inaccurate pricing, failed listings, or eBay account issues.
You may stop using Found and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
